Plugin does not work on Specific Servers.

Describe the bug
on some servers, even with images permission (attach files) I can't send, the stickers just don't appear, only the classic ones and from other servers don't

To Reproduce
1- go to specific server
2- look at the stickers
3- if the other servers do not appear, only the classics, this is my error

Expected behavior
I expected to send a sticker only from another server

in most servers it goes but in some servers in specific it doesn't, in direct messages it goes too.

Have the same issue on mine for some reason as well. I've checked the servers I'm apart of and they don't work on Retro Engine Modding Server [REMS], r/FridayNightFunkin, Terraria, Mario Party Netplay, Creators.tf Community, Team Fortress 2 Classic, and Earthbound/MOTHER to name a few.

If it's specific servers then it's likely that it's permission related, such as they have denied the external stickers permission.
