Final Android 6 build cleanup

Cleanup some small reported issues and make final Android 6 build complete.

Final build for Android 6

This is the final build for Android 6. It features an adaptation to ENS scan to cater for the upgraded ENS registry system, as well as all current stability fixes. Unless there is a significant issue found, this should be the final build for Android 6.

Hotfix for Android 7

• point release which fixes an issue on Android 7 where there's no intrinsic getType().getTypeName() method until Java 8.
