unfortunately theres unlicensed code in the project, if you want to track down every contributor in every commit and get there permission to relicense the code feel free, in fact id encourage you too! but unfortunately this would take a very long time, you could start by getting a list of contributions that are CC0 because upstream decomp, ones that are trivial, and ones made by alo, but youd still need to go around asking permission for every other single contribution

Start off with a dual license of unlicensed and licensed under something e.g. GPLv3. Work towards getting everything licensed over time
