There may be a mistake in your mirror file causing this not to be listed.

You'll want to adjust the following line(s): https://github.com/AlmaLinux/mirrors/blob/master/mirrors.d/mirror.ph.net.tr#L3-L4

  http: http://mirror.ph.net.tr/almalinux/
  https: https://mirror.ph.net.tr/almalinux/

Please note that in my example, I added http and https as your mirror appears to respond to both.

It looks like you fixed this up in #842 and #841.

It now looks like the mirror isn't syncing correctly. You can verify this by checking the timestamp.txt file here: https://mirror.ph.net.tr/almalinux/timestamp.txt.

Please make sure you have the cron setup for rsync. You can find instructions on how to do this on the wiki.

The file should have extension *.yml. I renamed the file. The mirror should appear in the list during an hour if it's ok.

I will check more deep tomorrow. Previously the service can't get DNS A record for the domain.

I found. The config is fixed (name of the mirror should be without http://. That check I will add to GH CI too.
Now the mirror is available in the list.
