Is there an existing issue for the same bug?

Describe the bug and reproduction steps

We have "thumbs-up" and "thumbs-down" feedback that can be provided through the frontend, but this does not consistently work. Sometimes we get "500" errors, particularly with large trajectories such as those resulting from use of the browsing agent.

Similar issue: #4894

We really need to do something about the browseragent.
