OS: MacOS Sonoma 14.5
Browser: Safari 17.6
AdGuard: 2.16.0.1808 nightly / CL 1.16.25 / Scriptlets 1.11.16

UPD:

The rules, which must be applied:

The first is applied, the second - not.
