[PE-D][Tester D] Validation Checks for organisations added

I understand that a unique - key is assigned to each organisation to prevent the system mixing up organisations with the same name. But perhaps there could be a validation check to remind users that there has been a organisation with this name added, do they still want to add it so as the prevent the situation of users forgetting they added something
