I have not been able to reproduce the condition reported based on the information provided. If a problem still exists, attach the full text of the input TAPE5 and output TAPE6 files that illustrate the issue.

I could not run the LBLRTM executable provided without knowing how it was compiled. Running LBLRTM locally with two different compilers (gfortran and pgf90) with the inputs provided generated runs that set isotopologue 14 correctly as requested and generated identical output TAPE6, TAPE27, and TAPE28 output files (attached). If the user is still having a problem, it may be related to how the model is being compiled. Please provide further compiler and operating system information, and provide a sample TAPE6 file from a failed run.
