finished 상태에 Host는 남아 있는 상태에서 finished인 방에 다른 사람이 접근하면 서버에서 에러가 발생한다.
challanger가 없는데 접근하려고 해서 발생하는 에러로, 옵저버 구현하면서 버그 처리할 예정
