需要进行SSL证书自动申请的支持，为其追加一种DNS供应商 雨云旗下的DNS服务

请描述你建议的实现方案

目前我已提交PR给go-acme/lego，用于支持雨云(Code为raindns)。
需要官方将其加入到DNS供应商中
