Make static version for previous races

We want this site to also be hostable with static data.
Instead of getting data through a websocket, the results are defined (in a file) and displayed.

This makes us able to have a page with the laps hosted forever, not just until we replace it or loxsi goes offline, ....
We could add a version for each year on the 12urenloop website.
