Clean up 101repo with regard to Feature:Mentoring

We don't really have much actual implementations of that feature.
We would need a simple Java-based implementation that exercises the feature.
Ditto for Haskell.
haskellSyb is actually said to implement the feature on the wiki, but the code doesn't.
Perhaps some code got lost during the recent migration.
