We will only support the new "/"-based style.

Kind of a duplicate of issue fix extract101meta on 101worker. Since I already commented there, let's close this one.

While doing some changes on fragments101meta, I noticed that I closed this issue prematurely. Some contributions (at least those that have been moved into the new repositories) don't work, since
a) filename constraints are wrong now
b) apparently, they are still using the old fragment descriptions
