Make option to always show panel, so buttons would be quickly-accessible

Hello. Do you mean that you need to first tap in any place to show up panel and then click the buttons?

This is not bug then, but desired behaviour. On small screens(like on one of my devices) it is inconvinient if buttons are shown constantly as it may overlap some parts of image user might want to see. Probably in future I would make this behaviour configurable via some app-wide settings
